Focus on Customer Experience

To kickoff their brand transition, Lexus was looking for a new website that would make them stand out from competitors. It needed to embody Lexus’ transition to a global luxury lifestyle brand. It had to be transformative, immersive, customer-centered, and deliver conversions.

Speed to Market

The site was built with the capacity for fast and efficient pan-European rollout, which meant we were able to launch 41 local websites in 28 languages in just four months. We used technologies such as Web GL to tell compelling stories and bring product features to life. For example, users can explore the Lexus Safety System, pushing the creative boundaries of WebGL. The interactive demonstration responds to mouse movement and tilt-gestures on mobile devices – allowing the user to change the viewpoint within a 3D environment.

Numbers Talk

Conversion-focused user journeys, with no dead-ends, have helped deliver an increase of 18% in pages viewed compared to the old site. A 4% increase in repeat users since the launch shows the effectiveness of this new content strategy.

We’ve also seen a boost in organic visibility around strategic keywords, thanks to considered structuring of the site. Christophe Meulemans, Lexus Europe’s Communications Manager, thanked us for “providing a more than solid foundation for ongoing digital transformation of our business, while supporting us as we establish Lexus as a global luxury lifestyle brand.”

The revitalised website was the first of many campaigns with Lexus that highlight to consumers and the auto industry the success of the digital transformation within the organisation.
