We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of developers, providing technical guidance and driving the successful delivery of high-quality Java-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

Collaborating with the team, you'll actively contribute to refining our product proposition for new clients and grow our in-house team of engineering experts.

• Provide technical experience and guidance to a squad of Java developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Keep a healthy communication with your project manager and client
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

• 5+ years experience in Java development with a strong understanding of Java EE or Spring framework;
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Java, Java EE, or Spring Framework;
• RESTful web services;
• Database design and SQL;
• Unit testing and test-driven development;
• Version control systems (e.g., Git);
• Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture;
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role;
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Experience working with Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of Elastic services and tools is a plus.
