Marks & Spencer (M&S) is undergoing a significant transformation as they seek to place digital at the heart of their organisation. To become a digitally-led business, M&S identified the need to invest in mobile technology and came to our team for help.
We partnered with M&S to strategise and develop an innovative mobile application that enables customers to skip in-store queues, scan products, and purchase and leave in one seamless experience.
A hands-on partnership
In just under 13 weeks, we launched Mobile Pay Go, an application that revolutionises the in-store customer experience by allowing customers to checkout in under 10 seconds. “I was impressed with the team’s hands-on-approach and highly collaborative way of working with our designers and product owners,” said Jim Cruickshank, Global Head of Digital Product & UX, Marks & Spencer. “The team worked exceptionally well within our complex organisational and technical architecture to deliver a high quality customer experience.”
